Korean Style Fried Tofu Salad

I got a new digital camera this week so I’m back in business on here.  I made a large portion of this meal for my lunch this week, and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.  Enjoy!

Korean Style Fried Tofu Salad

  • Extra firm tofu, fried
  • Red cabbage, shredded
  • Scallions
  • Garlic, sliced
  • Gochujang
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar
  • Toasted sesame oil
  • Sugar
  • Black and white sesame seeds
